Valencia CF will honour Enith Salón, World Cup winner with the Spanish National Senior Team, in the match against Atletico Madrid, corresponding to match day 5 of LaLiga EA Sports, which will be played this coming Saturday 16 September at 4:15 pm at Mestalla. Enith will take the honourary kick-off and present the World Cup to the Valencianista fans in the run-up to kick-off

The Valencia CF Femenino goalkeeper won the World Cup last August. The Moncada-born player, who for personal reasons was unable to attend the Valencia CF- CA Osasuna match, will have her well-deserved recognition in front of her beloved fans this coming Saturday.

Enith Salón joined VCFF's youth team at the age of 11, in the 2012-13 season. Gradually, she developed and grew until on 27 January 2019, at the age of 17, she made her official debut for Valencia CF Femenino in a league match, in the top flight.
On 11 November 2022, she made her debut with the Spanish National Team and in less than a year she is already enjoying being World Champion. Without a doubt, her DNA is VCF and she is a reference for all the players in the VCF Academy who dream of one day becoming the new Enith Salón.
